Gerashchenko published a decree on the arrest of Savchenko
People's Deputy Anton Gerashchenko published photographs of the proposal of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko to bring People's Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko to criminal responsibility, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The photographs were published on Gerashchenko’s Facebook page.
The document reports that Nadezhda Savchenko may be prosecuted for committing crimes such as preparing to seize state power and encroaching on the life of the President of Ukraine. Savchenko and her accomplices planned to carry out a coup by committing terrorist acts.
“(It was planned - ed.) to carry out armed attacks on the apartments of Petro Poroshenko, Arsen Avakov and Alexander Turchynov with the aim of taking their lives. With these illegal actions, Savchenko committed an attack on the life of the President of Ukraine, people’s deputies, the Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet of Ministers by prior conspiracy with a group of persons, that is, she committed a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 14, Part 28 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” - the document says.
It is also indicated that Savchenko, together with Ruban, purchased firearms in the temporarily occupied territory.
“Nadezhda Savchenko needs to undergo a compulsory psychiatric examination for adequacy,” the people’s deputy wrote after reading the proposal to bring Savchenko to criminal responsibility.
Anton Gerashchenko decided not to vote for lifting her parliamentary immunity and will not vote for her detention and arrest.
“I think it is correct that Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, instead of submitting for the arrest of Nadezhda Savchenko, submitted documents for the Verkhovna Rada’s consent to her forced examination in a mental hospital,” the people’s deputy noted.
