Gerashchenko suffered because of the “little green men”
The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Rules and Organization of the Work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deprived the co-chair of the European Solidarity faction Irina Gerashchenko of the right to attend plenary sessions due to “criticism of the little green men,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
People's Deputy Nikolai Knyazhitsky reported this on his Facebook page.
“Today, 6 servants of the people in the regulations committee deprived the co-chairman of the European Solidarity faction of the right to attend plenary meetings. They were offended by the fact that Irina criticized the little green men,” Knyazhitsky wrote, but did not specify how long the ban would last.
He recalled that Gerashchenko did not name names during her speech. Knyazhitsky also called such actions a “dictatorship of power.”
Earlier, Gerashchenko said that she was called “on the carpet” because of statements in the Verkhovna Rada.
As UNN reported, the day before the faction of the political party “European Solidarity” staged a protest near the Verkhovna Rada podium during a speech by the co-chair of the faction Irina Gerashchenko.
Note that Irina Gerashchenko, during her speech, probably compared the “little green men” from “Servant of the People.”
She said that the “little green men” had captured Crimea, and now the Ukrainian parliament.
