Gerashchenko intimidates Russian tourists and businessmen visiting and investing in Crimea with prison
“I inform all Russian citizens who have visited or are planning to visit temporarily occupied Crimea for the purpose of tourism or business development: a visit to Crimea without passing Ukrainian border control and obtaining permission from the Ukrainian authorities is a violation of the criminal legislation of Ukraine.”

About it Arsen Avakov’s scandalous adviser Anton Gerashchenko wrote on his social network page.
Gerashchenko scares Russians by the fact that all mentions of such trips on social networks and news sites are carefully monitored by the “Peacemaker” website for the further inclusion of Russian and foreign citizens in the databases of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
“Specialists of the Peacemaker Center pay special attention to the visits of Russian entrepreneurs who are voluntarily and forcibly driven to Crimea to implement business projects. For them, I separately inform you that all transactions for the purchase of ownership of real estate or corporate rights carried out on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea will be considered illegal and sooner or later will be terminated by the Ukrainian courts as worthless,” threatens Anton Gerashchenko.
He states that every foreigner or Russian citizen who came to Crimea without permission from Kyiv is a criminal and has already earned himself three years in a Ukrainian prison.
