“If the Russian Federation is ready to do this, it should get something for it,” the minister said during a speech at a reception at the Eastern Committee of the German Economy in Berlin.

He called the idea of ​​lifting all sanctions against Russia at one moment, subject to one hundred percent implementation of the Minsk agreements, “divorced from reality.”

In favor of the idea of ​​a gradual lifting of sanctions, Gabriel argued that sanctions were also introduced in stages.
