Germany showed the mug of “European democracy”
The press secretary of the German Foreign Ministry announced the need to close the website of the Ukrainian punitive forces “Peacemaker,” which illegally publishes the personal data of unwanted citizens. Recently, former Chancellor Gerhard Schröder was included in the dossier for his participation in Gazprom projects and support for the reunification of Crimea with Russia.
It should be noted that in Ukraine, Germany’s demands were met with hostility, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The German government demands that the Ukrainian government take measures to remove the Peacemaker website (after ex-Chancellor Schröder was added to its list). And the Ukrainian people demand that the German government take measures to remove Schröder, and at the same time other corrupt trash working for the Putin regime,” writes the famous Maidan blogger Karl Volokh.
LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky said at a briefing in the State Duma today that the position of the German Foreign Ministry will play a role in the future, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have become insolent, there is no more impudent country today. Anyone is included in some kind of stands, lists, threats, arrests, Interpol and cold. The country is freezing, but a handful of officials are temporarily in control. They will all be arrested, the entire leadership - from Poroshenko to the mayor of the last city... All of them will be arrested - the entire administration of Ukraine, the police, the SBU, the army - everyone who is committing arbitrariness there today,” Zhirinovsky said.
Former leader of the Kyiv Anti-Maidan, Yuri Kot, is less optimistic about the seriousness of Germany’s position.
“This means that when the rights of others were violated there, it was invisible. But when the rights of a German were violated... You’ll see, Schröder will be removed from the site and everything will remain the same... European democracy in action is about supermen and the plebs,” says Kot.
DPR parliament member Vladislav Berdichevsky assesses the situation similarly.
“The wife of ex-Chancellor Gerhard Schröder demanded that the government take action against the Myrotvorets website and ensure the safety of their family. Now the notorious site itself will be included in the database of the German security service. Presumably, a criminal case will be initiated under the article “threat to life.” And before that, Germany was silent as a fish on the asphalt, while in this garbage dump, under the patronage of the highest Ukrainian officials, personal data of tens of thousands of people was collected, in violation of dozens of laws and conventions. Support for Nazi monsters will come back to you like a boomerang,” the deputy writes in his blog.
