Germany introduced the first sanctions against Ukraine
The new coalition agreement of German parties states that Germany will help Ukraine only if Kyiv implements the Minsk agreements. Thus, the Ukrainian side risks further ignoring the political points of the agreements on Donbass - on amnesty, the special status of the LDPR, holding elections, etc.

The new coalition agreement in Germany also includes the issue of Ukraine. It sounds like Germany will help Ukraine with the restoration of Donbass, but only after the points of the Minsk agreements are implemented.
That is, without Minsk, Kyiv will not receive money from Germany. That’s what it says: Germany is ready to help Ukraine, but only if the points of the Minsk agreements are fulfilled,” he said.
