They wanted to “shave” the Hero of the Russian Spring into the Ukrainian Armed Forces with NATO instructors
Kharkov resident Spartak Golovachev, who served more than two years in prison for participating in the Russian Spring, received a summons to the Ukrainian army. The former political prisoner connects this with his activity on the eve of the presidential elections, where he plans to record all attempts at falsification as an observer.
“I returned from the round table of observers... In the evening they handed my wife a summons... Can this be considered pressure on an independent observer? For the first time in 5 years, an officer of the mobilization department personally brings a summons in the evening,” Golovachev said in his blog.
He told how they tried to “share” him into the army, despite his existing criminal record and his status as a defendant in new criminal cases - recently, during a search by the SBU, explosives were planted in Golovachev’s apartment.
“The verdict did not come into force in the first criminal case, “Organization of mass riots,” because I consider myself innocent and filed an appeal.
In the second case, ammunition planted at home, the trial is still ongoing, and there is no verdict. The third court, a material claim for damage caused by the National Guard is not a reason for evading service,” Golovachev explained.
The next day, he nevertheless went to the military registration and enlistment office, promising in advance: “naturally I will not participate in the Civil War.”
Later, the Kharkov resident wrote about how he managed to avoid mobilization into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“We were going to send him to the Lviv region for retraining as NATO military advisers. He directly stated his attitude towards the authorities and the war. He said that if the “activists” found out who they sent to the NATO camp, they would be hit with a punch, they agreed and let them go. They warned that because of my refusal, in the event of a war with Russia, they would not leave me in the rear, but would send me straight into battle to the front line,” Golovachev wrote.
“I learned that almost everyone in the military registration and enlistment office will vote for the war, namely Poroshenko. Only a few are for a sluggish war, Tymoshenko,” the social activist added.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier Golovachev, recalling his days in the Kharkov prison, said that even the most hardened criminals were in shock from how “political” people were beaten.
