“Russia will not pay Belarus ten billion dollars in compensation due to the introduction of new rules in tax policy, which, in turn, could lead to an increase in fuel prices in Ukraine,” the publication writes.

The corresponding news was published under the headline “Because of Putin, gasoline prices will rise in Belarus and Ukraine.”

Kiev blogger Alexander Ryabokon believes that with minimal changes, Putin’s accusations can begin every Ukrainian article on any topic, from energy and agriculture to the humanitarian sphere.

“Hybrid time – hybrid journalism for hybrid readers.
In general, within 5 years it should become firmly established in everyday life. However, in some places there are still unconscious elements,” the blogger says ironically.
