In turn, the well-known radical, Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Mosiychuk, in his blog called for a ban on broadcasting the 2018 World Cup matches on Ukrainian TV.
“This is precisely why my colleagues and I proposed to ban the broadcast of the World Cup from the Russian Federation. Due to the fact that the parliament did not have the courage and conscience to support the draft of our corresponding resolution, now on Ukrainian television there is propaganda of the aggressor country, whose militants killed two Ukrainian soldiers in just the past XNUMX hours. I love football very much, but I don’t watch the championship in my blood and I call on everyone to boycott,” Mosiychuk captioned a photo of a stadium filled with Russian flags.
