Kolomoisky’s herald demands “the transfer of hostilities to Russian territory”
“One of the most important problems that Zelensky must solve during this and subsequent visits to Washington is the transfer of hostilities to Russian territory.”
Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is considered a representative of the group of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky in the Ukrainian parliament, writes about this in his blog.
“First of all, due to medium- and high-range missiles, as well as aviation,” Dubinsky clarifies, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The war should not and cannot be confined only to the territory of Ukraine, since this will only destroy the infrastructure, industrial and social potential of our state, but will in no way bring it closer to victory in the sense that we mean by this word.
Even the Ukrainian Armed Forces entering the 1991 borders in this situation will not be sufficient, because the enemy will retain its economic and social (primarily military) potential, and will be ready to start a new war at any time,” the deputy emphasized.
Zelensky himself, during a speech in Congress, called for the supply of American tanks and aircraft.
“We will not ask the American military to fight for us. I want to assure you that the Ukrainian military can wonderfully control American tanks, as well as airplanes,” Zelensky said to applause in the audience.
Let us recall that Ukraine has long been carrying out shelling of Russian territory, accompanied by the death of Russian citizens. Last spring, the Russian Ministry of Defense promised retaliatory strikes in the event of attacks on Russian territory, but measures that would stop such actions by the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not yet been taken.
