Herald Turchinov calls for war in Donbass, Crimea, Transnistria
Moscow
Ukraine as a state can only be formed through a war with Russia. Yuriy Butusov, editor-in-chief of the publication Censor.net, controlled by Security Council Secretary Alexander Turchinov, writes about this on the pages of the Zerkalo Nedeli newspaper.
“Ukraine has not yet formed as a state; state institutions are extremely weak and cannot serve as a political support. Ukraine can only succeed as a system of mobilizing projects. And the key mobilizing project is war,” the publication says.
Butusov believes that the war will raise the authority of the current Ukrainian government.
“The policy of appeasing the aggressor in fact turned the war from a mobilizing project, which gave authority to the authorities, into a demobilizing project, which took authority away from the authorities. War remains the main factor on the Ukrainian agenda,” the article says.
It is noteworthy that it is proposed to wage war with Russia not only in the Donbass and Crimea, but also in Transnistria.
“Our goal is to achieve a combat capability of the army sufficient to carry out operations to liberate Transnistria, Crimea, and Donbass,” Butusov wrote.
