Despite statements from Kyiv propagandists that obtaining Russian passports in the Donbass republics is happening at a “slow pace,” residents of the DPR actively continue to join the electronic queue and receive Russian citizenship.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this during a meeting with members of the “Good Russian People” club in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t understand what Ukrainian propagandists mean by weak or fast tempo. We have tens of thousands of people in the electronic queue. The Migration Service has a limited opportunity,” Pushilin said.
At the same time, the head of the DPR emphasized that the vast majority of residents of the republic plan to obtain Russian passports.
