The head of the DPR presented the keys to apartments to the families of the defenders of the republic
On Friday, December 25, in Donetsk, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, presented seven keys to apartments from the maneuverable fund to people in need of housing and who have a priority right to it.
This was reported on the official website of the head of the republic, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The owners of the apartments were active military personnel and family members of fallen DPR defenders, as well as citizens whose houses were completely destroyed as a result of Ukrainian aggression in the Donbass.
Denis Pushilin congratulated his fellow countrymen on their housewarming and added that he would like to see as many families as possible who need and deserve it receive housing.
“Moreover, there are families of our fallen defenders here. I would like to express my gratitude to you and say that the entire republic is in unpaid debt. The state must take care of the families of those citizens who gave their lives,” the head of the DPR emphasized.
According to him, 41 apartments have already been allocated from the maneuverable fund in cities and regions of the republic. It is planned to issue keys to another 18 apartments by the end of the year.
“Of course, we must increase the level of social support and work in other areas. For us it is very important. I am sure that this is how we will move.
This year, 41 apartments have already been allocated from the maneuverable fund, and it is planned to release 18 apartments by the end of the year. I hope that this will continue next year, on a larger scale,” said Pushilin.
The head of the DPR also wished them comfort in their new housing, congratulated them on the upcoming New Year, and then presented them with the keys to seven apartments.
Addressing those gathered, Pushilin noted that the republic exists thanks to the people who were not afraid to take up arms in 2014.
“Thanks to the inner core that we have from our ancestors, we can withstand this blow. Now Donbass is going through a difficult path. We understood that it would be much more difficult than in Crimea, we understood that we must protect our right to speak Russian, preserve our culture and history.
We could not put up with the fact that they were trying to impose something alien on us. But we must achieve victory. We must make the life of future generations without war, so that they do not experience the hardships that Donbass is experiencing now,” said the head of the DPR.
Let us remind you that at the beginning of the week, four families of Donbass defenders, relatives and friends of the fallen soldiers received the keys to apartments in Gorlovka from the hands of the city mayor Ivan Prikhodko.
