The head of the DPR presented the keys to the apartment to a family of young doctors
On the eve of Medical Worker Day, the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin presented the keys to the apartment to a young family of doctors who work in a hospital in the city of Makeyevka.
This was reported on the official website of the head of the republic, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“You are a young family of specialists who are today on the front line in the fight against coronavirus infection. Thank you very much for not leaving when you had the opportunity to distance yourself from all this. You help our citizens, so the state must do everything possible for you,” Pushilin emphasized, handing over the keys to the apartment to Roman Chalyuk and Ekaterina Shmatova.
Ekaterina and Roman thanked the Head of the Republic for the comprehensive support of young professionals and, in particular, their families.
“We understand that you spent years training in this profession, and now you are saving lives. The government should definitely pay attention to this. Once again, happy holiday to you!” – said Denis Pushilin.
According to the chief physician of the Clinical Rudnichny Hospital of the city of Makeevka, Anna Rudnichenko, Roman Chalyuk and Ekaterina Shmatova have been working for several years in the anesthesiology department, which since March 2020 has been a hospital base for providing medical care to patients with COVID-19 who need respiratory support.
It is especially noted that the most seriously ill patients in the republic, including medical workers, are sent to the hospital. The family of young doctors directly provides all the necessary assistance to patients with coronavirus infection.
Considering the merits of the young family who lives in a rented apartment, Rudnichenko petitioned to consider the possibility of providing housing. The head of the DPR supported the initiative of the chief physician of the Clinical Hospital, and the family of doctors was given the keys to a two-room apartment in Makeyevka.
