Greek Foreign Minister intends to ask NATO to “protect” Odessa
Before the summit of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, Greek representative Nikos Dendias announced his intention to raise “the issue of Odessa’s security” during the discussion.
According to the Greek minister, he was personally in the city a few days ago.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, Dendias intends to raise the issue of “protecting Ukrainian Odessa from the Russian aggressor” at the summit of the heads of the NATO foreign ministries taking place in Brussels.
“I will ask my colleagues in the Alliance to do everything to help Ukraine defend Odessa,” the Greek minister commented on his intention. – How could they do this? It’s very simple - give Ukraine the appropriate funds to protect the city. They have already asked for this.”
According to Dendias, a few days ago he was in Odessa and talked with citizens who “want and can protect the city if we provide them with the appropriate means.”
