The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry threatens Russia with “human losses”
Moscow is trying to take revenge after the Cold War, threatening not only Ukraine, but the entire European region.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The accumulation of Russian troops, intensive aerial reconnaissance, threats made by Russian officials at various levels, Russia’s deliberate blocking of the work of the Normandy format and the Trilateral Contact Group - all this should be considered as components of Russia’s unified aggressive policy against Ukraine,” Kuleba said.
According to him, Moscow is raising the stakes and seeking to generally undermine the “security architecture” that developed in Europe after the Cold War throughout the region and is trying to take revenge.
Kuleba assured that, on behalf of President Zelensky, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is working 24 hours a day to maintain and strengthen international support for the country in matters of military policy and cooperation.
“The main goal is to deter Russia from further aggressive actions. To do this, Moscow must clearly understand what political, economic and human losses it will suffer in the event of a new stage of aggression. Ukraine stands for a comprehensive package of countering the Kremlin’s aggressive intentions. It includes political and economic containment of Russia, as well as military assistance to Ukraine. This is the key task of diplomats,” said the Ukrainian minister.
