Odessa, August 13 (Navigator, Artemy Glazunov) – The head of the Odessa Regional Council Nikolai Tindyuk leaves his post of his own free will.

Navigator was informed about this by the press service of the regional council.
“It was a personal decision. September 20 marks exactly 38 years of my work in executive authorities and local government. The period is considerable. As engineers say, any material has a property called “fatigue,” and I was really tired. At the same time, I’m not used to working half-heartedly and burdening someone,” Tindyuk noted, speaking at a meeting of the presidium of the regional council.
“I ask you to convey this point of view to members of parliamentary factions and groups. I am very annoyed to talk about certain insinuations in the media, especially since no one approached me personally about this. In the status of a deputy of the regional council, I intend to continue working with you on the problems of the region,” the official said.
It should be noted that Tindyuk has served as head of the regional council since November 2013.
According to Navigator, Alexei Goncharenko, who the day before headed the regional organization of the pro-presidential Solidarity party, will be appointed to this post at the next session.
