“The Chairman of the Board of PrivatBank, Alexander Shlapak, has fully completed the assigned tasks of stabilizing the situation in the bank and conducting an audit of the financial condition of PrivatBank and in the near future plans to complete the anti-crisis tenure as Chairman of the Board of PJSC CB PrivatBank,” the message says.
It is noted that Shlapak continues to manage the bank.
“Together, the corresponding application from the Chairman of the bank has already been submitted to the Supervisory Board of the bank and can be considered at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board of the bank at the end of July,” the press service added.
Let us recall that Shlapak became the head of Privatbank after its nationalization, when the bank became XNUMX% owned by the state.
