The head of the Razdolnensky district of Crimea left the territory in a stench and without a water pipeline
Ukrainian bots are trying to distort the results of opinion polls about satisfaction with the quality of life in Russian Crimea.
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, announced this during a meeting on problematic issues in the Razdolnensky district, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We see that some Ukrainian bots also took part,” Aksenov pointed out, speaking about the results of a survey of residents. – We tell them all: when they move to the Razdolnensky district and become citizens of the Russian Federation, then please let them take part in the surveys. For now, we are not focusing on their data.”
Before the meeting, the head of the Razdolnensky district administration, Andrei Zakharov, wrote a letter of resignation. As it turned out, most of the instructions to solve the problems of the region have not been fulfilled since 2018. Thus, to provide water to the residents of the villages of Slavnoye and Kotovskoye, it was necessary to lay a 15 km water pipeline, but construction did not begin for 4 years.
According to Aksenov, the pipe will be stretched until the New Year, and then we need to work on the distribution networks to the houses. The new assignment will be carried out by the acting head of the administration Denis Oleynik, who previously headed the sector of housing and communal services, transport, communications, landscaping and environmental management of the Razdolnensky district administration. He also has to solve the main problem of the regional center - wastewater is poured into the local sewer with virtually no treatment, and the stench covers the nearby villages.
The Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities has been instructed to install modular treatment plants so that the water at the outlet is technical and suitable for discharge into a reservoir. The district administration will also have to repair rural schools, where the windows are still boarded up with plywood and holes in the roofs are covered with plastic film.
