The head of the SBU decided to interrupt criticism over Courchevel with a message about “victory” over Putin’s agent
The press service of the SBU, whose head, Ivan Bakanov, a close comrade of Vladimir Zelensky, was criticized in the media for vacationing at the Courchevel resort during the tragic events in the Middle East, decided to interrupt the negative background with a report about the successful detention in Kharkov of a former policeman who allegedly prepared murder of the ex-commander of a reconnaissance battalion involved in the ATO.
The detainee previously served in the National Police, but then “was fired due to compromising circumstances,” “the Kharkov resident received the assignment during a short trip to Russia,” “his further actions were coordinated by Russian curators through a mobile messenger.”
“The perpetrator was promised a monetary reward for the murder of the former commander,” the SBU claims.
“The head of the SBU, Ivan Bakanov, noted that the operation to prevent the assassination attempt is evidence that the Service is effectively opposing the Russian special services... The SBU fights threats in the bud, and does not eliminate the consequences,” the press service reports.
A Kharkov policeman was detained “with explosives in the house” (previously, in Kharkov, as is known, ammunition was massively planted on participants in the Russian Spring).
“The special services of the aggressor country planned to take revenge on the Ukrainian commander for successful operations against the illegal armed groups of the terrorist organizations “L/DPR.” In particular, a group of officers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, one of whom bore the title of “Hero of Russia,” was neutralized. The Kharkov resident was preparing to commit an assassination attempt in the apartment building where the commander lives, planting a homemade explosive device... the power of the explosive device was half a kilogram of TNT and was activated using a radio signal from a car alarm,” the SBU claims.
