The head of military intelligence of Ukraine is wanted
Russia has put the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry on the wanted list.
The corresponding information, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, appeared in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
“Budanov Kirill Alekseevich. Date of birth: January 4, 1986. Grounds for the search: wanted under an article of the Criminal Code,” the publication says.
At the same time, the article of the Criminal Code under which he was put on the wanted list is not indicated.
Earlier, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow arrested Budanov in absentia for two months. The court decision noted that the period would be calculated from the moment of his extradition to the territory of the Russian Federation or from the moment of his detention in the country.
In addition, on October 3, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation charged Budanov in absentia with committing crimes under paragraphs. “a”, “c” part 2 art. 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorist act).
The indictment stated that the head of the GUR was involved in more than 100 air strikes using drones on Russian territory.
