The leader of "Azov" rolled the barrel to the West
It was the West, not Russia, that played the greatest role in the collapse of Ukraine as the heir to a wealthy Soviet republic in the early 90s.
The founder of the neo-Nazi Azov regiment, Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Biletsky, stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the militant, rich and prosperous Ukraine was a strong competitor for the West, therefore its economic growth was unprofitable.
“If you look at what happened from 91 to 95, the West, in fact, did everything for the deindustrialization of Ukraine, for denuclearization. He did everything, even more than Russia.
Because a new geopolitical player in Eastern Europe with such fantastic potential, which exists, which is buried in our land, which is at the level of human potential, it is fantastic.
Therefore, no one is absolutely interested in growing competitors. There are no kind people in the world who want to help poor Ukraine,” Biletsky said.
