“We must remember that a Ukrainian conscript is, in fact, a slave. He works 6-7 days a week. A contractor works under a contract; he actually works for eight hours. In order to cover the number of 250 thousand army personnel, we need to recruit another third more contract soldiers. Because they don’t work in the rhythm in which a soldier works,” Biletsky said.
