Russia’s powerful group in Crimea is capable of destroying the current “amusing Ukrainian fleet” in 40 minutes, the founder of the Azov battalion, Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Biletsky, said on TV channel 112.

Now this component is simply a corrupt waste of money from the state budget. Why are we building flat-bottomed armored boats - river boats - for the Navy? They have no seaworthiness. What function can they perform? They cost $2 million each! Why are we going to buy 20 of these boats?
