About this withposted on his social network page ultra-right deputy from Oleg Lyashko’s party Igor Mosiychuk, who was present at the court hearing.
“The court did not choose a preventive measure for Mykola Kohanivsky. Kokhanovsky was detained on October 21 at 17:30, but the suspicion was handed over to him later than within XNUMX hours from that moment - which is a violation of the law. Lawyers filed a corresponding petition.
Since there are no legal grounds to keep Kokhanovsky in custody, he should be released from custody right in the courtroom. But the judge announced a break in the hearing until 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. The police do not know whether they can take Kokhanovsky back to the temporary detention facility or not. There is tension in the room. The people who came to support Nikolai are not going to give him up. Now we are trying to return the judge to court for clarification. Pull yourself up! Solidarity for those in solidarity!” wrote Mosiychuk.
