“This visa-free regime, if anyone is interested in it, is a small percentage of people who live in the border areas in the west. Chernivtsi, Volyn, Lviv - no one else, by and large. Because everyone who wants to go to Europe can simply get a visa, and those who do not have such an opportunity, and this is more than 90%, will not go,” said Chernovolenko.
