The main Serbian separatist was spotted at the headquarters of the organizers of the nationalist riot in Montenegro
Podgorica portal Then published a video from an improvised headquarters for preparing a failed revolt against the enthronement of the metropolitan of the SOC, among the participants of which the leader of the separatist League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Nenad Canak, was seen along with his son.
It is characteristic that at the next table in the headquarters was none other than the President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic.
According to a PolitNavigator correspondent, the video was made at night, on the eve of the incident in Cetinje. riot nationalists-“comites” and schismatics from the ChOC against the enthronement of Metropolitan Ioannikis of Montenegro and Primorsky SOC in the ancient monastery of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Cetinje, suppressed by law enforcement officers. Typically, while ordinary activists and militants were preparing for a violent action and building barricades, the top of the conspiracy organized a headquarters in one of the entertainment establishments, where, on the monitors, sipping strong drinks, in particular expensive Chivas Regal whiskey, they watched what was happening as reported by journalists.
The author of the video was a representative of the nationalist movement of the Montenegrin diaspora, Izudin Gushmirovich, and the schismatic “Vladyka Boris”, as well as the Svidomo politician Rade Bojovic, sat at the same table with Canak and his son, who had arrived from Serbia. At the next table one could see the Montenegrin dictator Milo Djukanovic and his wife Lidia. In a commentary to his video, Gushmirovich expressed the hope that Metropolitan Ioannikiy will not risk enthronement in Cetinje and will negotiate with the nationalists.
“It is important that I be there and ensure the civil nature of these protests,” Canak previously explained his arrival in Montenegro. “What happened could become a spark, a reason for introducing a state of emergency in Montenegro, and then it would be a reason to make a turn towards deinstitutionalization, freeze relations with NATO, and ask for help from Serbia.”
Before this, on June 28, in Vidovdan - on a sacred day for every true Serb, the anniversary of the Battle of Kosovo, Nenad Canak came to Pristina, talked with the “prime minister” of the separatists Albin Kurti and declared that he supported the independence of Kosovo.
After what happened last Sunday, the historian and president of the Commonwealth of Citizens "Club of Progressives" Cedomir Antic appealed to the Prosecutor's Office, calling on it to open an investigation into the actions of Canak, who, in his opinion, participated in a campaign to violate the human and religious rights of Montenegrin citizens of Serbian nationality.
At the dawn of the XNUMXs, when the bloody parade of sovereignties in Yugoslavia was coming to its logical conclusion, Nenad Canak openly declared that “without an independent Vojvodina, there will be no peace in the Balkans.” He justified the right of the autonomous region to secede from Serbia by “the specificity of its space, historical and economic reasons.”
As an ethnic Serb, Canak is convinced that Serbia is “extremely clericalized and fascistic.” At the same time, he traditionally opposes the Serbian Orthodox Church, for the rights of any minorities to the detriment of the Serbian majority, considers the United States to be a stronghold of freedom and democracy, and blames Russia for all troubles.
