Kyiv, March 29 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – The prospect of NATO membership for Ukraine has not become any closer.
This state of affairs was acknowledged by former US Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst in an interview with Ukrainian Week magazine.

“I don’t think that the prospect of NATO membership is any closer for Ukraine today than it was a year ago,” says the American diplomat. – The main European partners of the Alliance have not demonstrated any desire to host Kyiv since the 2008 Bucharest summit. And today this mood remains unchanged.”
