The head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP), Nazar Kholodnitsky, was taken to the hospital with a suspected heart attack, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to interlocutors, Kholodnitsky was taken to the hospital on the evening of Tuesday, October 21. Now he is in one of the medical institutions in a pre-infarction state.
At the same time, the head of the SAPO sent a letter to the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Verkhovna Rada explaining why he could not attend the committee meeting on November 22. The letter states that he cannot take part in the meeting “due to the need to resolve urgent operational issues in the activities of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.”
