The editor-in-chief of the Crimean newspaper called on Minister Polonsky to urgently resign
The Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of Crimea Dmitry Polonsky must urgently resign due to the disastrous results of a year of work and rumors of corruption scandals in which the official is involved.
The corresponding appeal on the pages of the newspaper “New Crimea” was published by the editor-in-chief of the publication Igor Azarov.

“No amount of advice or half-measures will help. Firstly, the department itself has no right to life: communication and information are nearby, but not the same thing; communications and transport should form the Ministry of Infrastructure. Moreover, it is necessary to take “internal politics” out of the equation, which, given the absence of any clearly and clearly formulated strategy by the current government, cannot be discussed. Dmitry Polonsky directing “domestic policy” in Crimea is something fantastic.
Secondly, perhaps someone with a brain (I’m having a hard time being specific) could effectively handle internal politics, information and communications at the same time. But it is unlikely that Mr. Polonsky can do this - the year of his activity (inactivity?) is proof of this.
What “optimization proposals” are there! What to “optimize”? Emptiness? The only real proposal can only be friendly advice for Polonsky: resign while it can still be done gracefully. For now, the haze of scandals is only swirling, and God forbid that all rumors remain just rumors, gossip, and speculation. Polonsky is now not only discrediting himself, but also casting a shadow on the government, which is already not very firmly on its feet and is unlikely to survive without external supports, which is already obvious to the federal center,” writes Azarov.
Thank you!
