The representative of the Filaretites in Crimea, “Archbishop Kliment” Pavel Kushch, also known as Kliment, criticized the policies of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

So, on the air of radio “Crimea. Realities" Kliment complained that for five years Ukraine has not written an algorithm for working in Crimea and the possibility of registering the "OCU" in the legislative field of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"I don't know. I would again like to pour out my anger on the head of the Minister of Culture Nishchuk, a rare scoundrel. You know my last trip to Kyiv, I had a meeting at the ministry. At the ministry, the meeting was more like some kind of bazaar. I simply have no words. The only thing Nishchuk said was: “Okay, we will hold a meeting with [Deputy Prime Minister] Rozenko.” Three weeks passed and there was no meeting.

Knowing what the situation is, knowing what is happening in Crimea, promising me that he will hold this meeting with Rosenko, and will gather representatives of the Ministry of Occupied Territories, human rights activists who are involved. At this meeting they had to determine what and how to do next. There must be a political decision, but they don’t want to make it. There must be an algorithm of actions so that I clearly understand what and how I am doing.

For this they sit in the ministry, for this both Ukraine, as a state, and the government that runs the state must clearly understand. If they declare that Crimea is Ukraine, then they should write algorithms. Nothing has been done in five years,” Kushch said.

Previously Filaret members refused to register according to Russian laws, and the “priests” left the territory of Russian Crimea as citizens of Ukraine.

Russian security forces ordered Kliment to evict from the premises he occupied in the center of Simferopol, and the former Crimean Maidan activist and member of the VO "Svoboda" Eduard Leonov said, that if in Crimea law enforcement officers attempt to evict the unregistered “Crimean diocese” of the so-called “Orthodox Church of Ukraine” from its occupied premises, Ukrainian nationalists will come to the Kiev Pechersk Lavra and other churches of the canonical UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate.
