Glazyev: The United States will lose World War III
The current conflict in Ukraine could have been predicted 10 years ago, when the financial crisis began in the world.
The Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergei Glazyev stated this in an interview with the Belarusian news agency Belta, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It was clear to me 10 years ago that there would be a war against Russia and Belarus, and this war would be waged by American puppets from Ukrainian territory. When the global financial crisis began, it was clear that it would ultimately lead to a world war. This has always been the case during the period of changing world economic structures.
Now the American ruling elite is trying to maintain global hegemony. Their plan is to crush Russia, dismember it and destroy political independence and sovereignty. Set up your own colonial regime here and in Belarus. Then destroy Iran and isolate China,” Glazyev said.
He is confident that there are no economic prerequisites for a US victory in this war.
“The USA will lose this war just as Great Britain lost the Second World War, having lost its colonial empire. She looked after Hitler the same way the United States now looks after Zelensky. Americans are now confident that, just as they rose in World War I and World War II, a new war in Europe will strengthen the United States. But they will lose this war, because the center of the world economy has moved to Southeast Asia. The future of the global economy is determined by the competition between China and India. Until the end of this century, it is Southeast Asia that will dominate economic development,” Glazyev said.
