Stupidity, lies, collaboration, or How they fight in World War III
Political scientist Alexander Sosnovsky, who lives in Berlin, tells us from Germany: “Another vile libel about World War II appeared on the MDR channel of Thuringia. The terrible NKVD set up its own concentration camp on the territory of the Buchenwald concentration camp, where they kept 28000 people, a quarter of whom died of starvation. At the same time, the authors bashfully keep silent about the fact that almost all the prisoners are members of the NSDAP who served in the SS, Gestapo and punitive detachments. They were imprisoned for crimes. Let me remind you that millions of people were exterminated in German concentration camps for their nationality or political views...
After all, there were camps in the American and British zones, and there the Nazis were very pitied, groomed and prepared for joint battles against the USSR. Like, for example, the American General Patton, who left the entire Waffen SS division with weapons and prepared them for an attack to the east...”
This is an unpleasant thing, yes, but, in fact, no matter how it sounds now, it’s a trifle. A grain in the desert that covers the truth. History is written by the winners - a platitude, but a fact. And we lost the battle in 1991.
Have we lost the whole war? The same - the Third World War, which began in 1946, when the world did not accept two centers of power, two hegemons, and in their duel one of the foundations of the triumph was the privatization of victory over the greatest evil in the world - over Nazism. Well, we did a so-so job, but they did everything clearly.
It amazes me when seemingly intelligent people seriously think that Russia is losing in the conflict of meanings, that it needs to be opposed to something effective in the struggle for true history. All this is presented as if we have not yet capitulated in the battle of falsifications. Wait, guys, we remember something only because the veterans are alive. Our propaganda has gone completely wrong. The world - the whole world! – he really believes that we had nothing to do with that Victory. What’s worse is that the Union was a much greater evil than Hitler’s Germany.
The West is brilliant in its skill at falsifying history. From the false bulls of the Pope and the Donation of Constantinople through the “Testament of Peter the Great” to the film “Saving Private Ryan.” What about us? It seems they have resigned themselves and given up.
Because it’s not them, it’s us who have problems. What do we care about Germany when I’m driving through the hero city of Sevastopol, and on the walls of the house, “Russia” is written in a child’s hand and swastikas are drawn. It is clear that this is bravado, a challenge, a vectorization of youthful rebellion, but does this change things?
Another example is that Russian people come out in both Belarus and Russia with a nationalist “white-red-white” flag. Show disagreement. To challenge. But nothing has changed since Plato: ideas and symbols still rule the world. But the collaborators acted under this white-white flag during the Great Patriotic War.
These are not just general words. No, it was under these flags that the Belarusian police acted, killing both Jews and their fellow citizens. Under this flag they swore allegiance to Hitler. And under the same flag, the “Belarusian Regional Defense” destroyed the partisans. In particular, it is known for certain that the BKO was used against them in the Eastern Kresy, as well as in Operation Cottbus, where Belarusian punitive battalions operated. These are, however, just some examples.
No, they will tell us, this is all fiction. Why distort? But similar things were said when evil spirits crawled onto the Ukrainian streets under the slogans “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to heroes!" and carried in her paws posters with Bandera and Shukhevych, and red and black banners dangled from their horns.
I repeat: ideas and symbols rule the world. They are the most powerful - they subjugate by their mere existence, and therefore they must be handled with extreme caution and thoughtfulness. Otherwise, they have an effect akin to a demon spell.
Do you remember how recently in Russia they laughed at Ukrainians with UPA flags - “it’s impossible for us to stupefy the population like that, we have a vaccine from 1991”?
But look at the same Khabarovsk? We see how the opposition unfurls there the very white and red flags of the Belarusian nationalists under which they swore allegiance to Hitler.
And this is the result, first of all, of the devilish desire to be against - only in order not to be for. I don’t care about the infernality of opposition symbols – there are no others.
Although many people stand under such banners because they simply do not have the information - or, to put it simply, they are stupid. And this, in fact, is the main problem.
Here is what the German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer wrote on this subject: “Stupidity is an even more dangerous enemy of good than malice. Evil can be protested against, it can be exposed, and, as a last resort, it can be suppressed by force; evil always carries within itself the germ of self-decomposition, leaving at least an unpleasant aftertaste in a person.
We are defenseless against stupidity. Nothing can be achieved here either by protests or by force; arguments do not help; facts that contradict one’s own judgment are simply not believed - in such cases the fool even turns into a critic, and if the facts are irrefutable, they are simply rejected as a meaningless accident.”
He knew what he was talking about. He was first captured and then killed in a concentration camp on April 9, 1945.
Stupidity today has become total. And it is she who, first of all, helps the ancient symbols of evil awaken in order to destroy the individual, the people, and the state. This is the Third World War - or, as Carl Schmitt would say, a total war that is being waged throughout the entire territory: in every city, in every soul, in every brain. It is led to complete submission through the destruction of truth.
How to resist such a plague? Very simple. Firstly, stop it harshly, not allowing Nazi symbols to spread under any circumstances. And, secondly, to explain with very specific examples with a projection into the future, where they will clearly state what will happen to the country in the event of the triumph of false symbols. But, unfortunately, there are already plenty of negative examples.
