Rotten deeds: Medvedchuk’s comrade-in-arms helped whitewash the Ukrainian Nazis
One of the leaders of the “Opposition Platform - For Life” Vadim Rabinovich, who today criticizes the participants in the Euromaidan coup from TV screens, in 2014 helped whiten the image of the most radical militants - extremists of the Right Sector.
One of the leaders of the UNA-UNSO, Nikolai Karpyuk, who was released from a Russian prison during the exchange, spoke about this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As for Rabinovich, yes, he helped us, the Right Sector, a lot during the Maidan process... During the end of February - beginning of March 2014, Yarosh and partly me, but mainly Yarosh, held a lot of meetings with the ambassadors of all European countries and partly - peace.
Interest in Right Sector was extremely great. And, to tell the truth, the first meeting took place thanks to the fact that Rabinovich organized a meeting with the Israeli ambassador,” said Karpyuk.
“During this meeting, we immediately found mutual understanding with him, Yarosh, I was present, and also our people. And right at this same meeting, Rabinovich and this ambassador wrote the text of a statement, which was immediately posted on the website of the Israeli Embassy in Ukraine. And as soon as this statement was posted on the Internet, offers immediately poured in from various embassies about their interest in communicating with Yarosh.
Why? Because it was clearly stated there: there is no “anti-Wesmitism”, “anti-devitism” (Apparently, this means anti-Semitism - ed.) or something similar, various xenophobias of which we were accused, that these are normal people with whom we found common denominators on various issues,” the nationalist added.
