The Dutch authorities sent 40 unarmed police officers to Ukraine to guard the crash site of the Malaysian Boeing, Kommersant reports citing the BBC.
As Prime Minister Mark Rutte said, the task of unarmed police, in addition to protecting the territory, will include assistance in searching for bodies.
There is now a group of Dutch investigators and experts in Kyiv who, accompanied by the police, will go to the site of the plane crash.
