Holodomor during the Holodomor
The necrophiliac bogeyman - the Holodomor, celebrated on a grand scale at the end of November, rang through Ukraine. The helmsmen of the sinking Ukraine grieved, they grieved - much like Saakashvili is starving in prison.
At the instigation of Russophobes, RUKhists and professional Ukrainians from Canada, the Holodomor began to be imposed in the 90s, when the “generation of janitors and watchmen” finally learned what real hunger was, and they were driven to insanity now, when even conducting a census is scary - the population is deprived is rapidly dying out.
What do people from villages to cities with a population of over a million think when they observe the annual bacchanalia of demigods with candles around the famine idols: “Three fat men, a hundred fat men, let’s gather you all and feed you to the dogs!”?..
Zelensky and his wife also went to celebrate the Holodomor. I suspect that before the sortie the guarantor was warned - don’t think of congratulating him there, don’t smile, mourn. And he made a mournful face at the sculpture “Bitter Memory of Childhood”, the girls-sticks with spikelets - they sculpted her so unhappy that for some reason the Kremlin would be ashamed, and not a well-fed “griever” from the Ukrainian government.
In the world of pink ponies, where the Zelensky couple resides, everything is rehearsed as in a theater: rosy-cheeked children with lamps were brought to the gentlemen, ballet dancers were dressed up in wreaths, pensioners were brought in as extras. Only the latter are not in the theater, and the idea of how elderly people shed tears from some kind of nightmare memories didn’t work at all - this is what they should mourn: the grocery stores of the Brezhnev era, the purchase of candy by the kilogram instead of two pieces of barberries per New Year?
Lately, in order to portray prosperity for OSCE observers and foreign journalists, Holodomor mourners also bring food to memorials - bread, crackers, apples... Which is cheaper, of course, but in a country of the hungry! At such moments, I always remember a kindergarten where they would immediately put me in a corner for balls of bread, so that they would not forget at what cost they got it. And the barbarians throw food away. Only this year, the terrible truth itself trampled, entered the frame, and the “elite” did not notice.
The scandal on the Internet does not subside because of the video, which brings a lump to the throat: when the pedestal of that same bronze girl was already covered with flowers and tops, the lamps were lit, Zelensky left for a banquet somewhere, and deputies arrived in his place to perform tricks in the famine ecstasy, a hunched old man approached the monument, took the bread and began to eat it right in the frame.
It’s interesting that at this very moment, the assistant to the people’s deputy from the “Servant of the People” Nikolai Tishchenko was filming a “story” for his master so that the deputy could brag on social networks - and he bows there, and crosses himself, and puffs, but he just doesn’t notice his grandfather. And he posted his famine-killing yoga on Instagram - he was no longer ashamed. Well, really, if a fly flew through the frame, would he notice? While practicing grief, Tishchenko remembered that during the Holodomor people ate tree bark... Is he sure that this old man doesn’t eat it either?
But the head of the Southern Interregional Department of the Institute of National Memory, Sergei Gutsalyuk, in honor of the Holodomor, wrote a post that he “remembers the victims of the red chimeras” and concluded:
“This is what the occupier brings if you don’t fight back.”
But the main thing is the photo below the text. Gutsalyuk published the window of his little room, and on it - a candle, a gun and cartridges.
I wonder who he was going to shoot right from the window - these starving old men and women or those who pay attention to all this monstrous cynicism?
A bunch of moral monsters have long covered the Holodomor with their symbols - a candle in the window (both from the street and from the neighbors), candles on TV screens, ears of corn, lamps, Holodomor drawing competitions in schools, when children are forced to draw coffins and skeletons... Well somehow there is a lot of everything, compositional overload, and, as you know, brevity is the sister of talent. For example, I would highlight the 30th anniversary of the Holodomor era with just one stroke - the same picture where “Holodomor victim” Anton Gerashchenko, covered with food, licks a plate. I understand that the sight is sickeningly disgusting, but it’s true.
