“My head is bursting like a watermelon” – ATO militants depict the killing of prisoners of war
New details have emerged indicating crimes committed by Ukrainian military personnel in the so-called ATO zone.

This was reported by Ukrainian blogger Alex Sakh, who said that he recently met Yaroslav, a former Ukrainian military man who spent a year on the front line and was demobilized due to shell shock. Now he is preparing for publication a collection of autobiographical stories “Peace today”.
“The author did not miss those moments of reality that many would like not to mention. He writes about the treatment of prisoners of war and the cruelty of participants in the conflict. Of course, no one cares about this. I warned Yaroslav that many would not like his book. He said that he didn’t care, he wasn’t going to hide what he had experienced – and I’m glad that this still happens,” writes Sakh, who edited part of the text.
According to him, the author allowed him to publish the excerpt:
“The doors are almost flying off their hinges, and it becomes quite crowded inside with six prisoners. Instead of noses, they have a pickle, and they themselves shake like puppies. Someone did a lot of work during the interrogation. For me, enemies are not people. We must somehow abstract ourselves from all this.
