The website of the Ministry of Health is not indexed in the search engine even when entering a direct query “Ministry of Health of Ukraine”.

There is no link to the site on the first pages of search results. But the page dedicated to the ministry on the Government portal is indexed.
The reason for this technical failure is not yet known. It should be noted that the sites of other ministries are indexed and appear in the first lines of search results.
At the same time, in order to get to the Ministry of Health website, you have to type the full email address moz.gov.ua into the search bar of your browser, which is not known to all citizens.
Let us recall that in 2011 the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” was adopted, which, among other things, laid the foundations for the development of e-government in Ukraine. Among the means to achieve openness of government and accessibility of information, one of the first steps within the framework of the implementation of e-government was the launch of websites of ministries and departments. These sites must be accessible and contain basic information about the government body, its tasks, services, etc.
