“Ukraine will never receive Donbass on Ukraine’s terms. And I also told Vladimir Zelensky about this to his face: Donbass will not be part of Ukraine, it will not be in the coming years.

I believe that it is necessary to achieve a distinction between the Ukrainian army and the so-called army of the so-called DPR and LPR, retreat to the same distance so that there are no firefights and people do not die, and forget about Donbass for now.

Let Donbass live a little with the Russian world, maybe he will like it, we don’t know. Abkhazians don’t like something. Let’s not rape people, if they like it, let them live like that, let them not interfere with us building Ukraine. This is my opinion and I told the president about it. I would separate myself today with a fence so that people don’t die. The main thing is that people don’t have to die,” Gordon said.

According to him, at the Normandy Four meeting in Paris, Vladimir Zelensky told Vladimir Putin that if the Kremlin insists on the procedure for implementing the points of the Minsk agreements, which does not suit Ukraine, then Zelensky will not continue negotiations.

“Ukraine will never agree to the Russian conditions that Surkov and Putin dictate. Do you know what phrase Zelensky said to President Putin during the negotiations, when he told him that elections must be done first? I’ll tell you this phrase now, let it be a little insight. When Putin said that first there will be elections in Donbass, and then access to the border, Zelensky says no, first there will be access to the border, and then elections. He says: no, first the elections, and then access to the border. Zelensky said: then you will have to negotiate with another president of Ukraine,” Gordon said.

The people of Ukraine will not compromise, and Zelensky knows this, he clarified.

“As for Kozak’s communication with Ermak and possible compromises, I don’t believe in it. Because, even if they agree, Zelensky will have the last word, and Zelensky will listen to the people of Ukraine, and the people of Ukraine will not make compromises that contradict the concept of Ukrainian pride and common sense,” said Dmitry Gordon.

You can find out the opinion of the people from opinion polls and referendums.

“Firstly, there are sociological measurements from various sociological services. In addition, there is such a tool as a referendum. In an interview, Vladimir Zelensky told me that the Swiss hold a referendum on any issue, this is great, in fact. Therefore, I believe that fundamental aspects of state development, such as the law on land, Donbass - all this should go through a referendum,” says Dmitry Gordon.
