“I hope [for good things for Ukraine]. Unlike Trump, Biden is a person who knows well what Ukraine is. Trump had nothing to do with Ukraine at all. I'm telling you this for sure. It was not visible, our country, from the windows of the White House and the State Department. Now, I hope it will be viewed. This time.

And secondly, I hope that Biden will be tougher towards the Russian Federation. These two factors give me hope that something can change. And I would also really like the United States, as the guarantor of the Budapest memorandum, to become part of the Normandy negotiating format,” Gordon said.
