Gordon persuades Ukrainian negotiators to stage a farewell demarche
Ukraine must stop the work of its delegation in the negotiations to resolve the crisis in Donbass and stop the dialogue in a trilateral format. Well-known propagandist Dmitry Gordon stated this on the air of the program “Hard with Vlashchenko,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Gordon, these negotiations in Minsk will not lead to a good result for Ukraine. And if Germany and France want to lift sanctions against Russia after this, they will become “idiots.”
“I told Leonid Danilovich Kuchma about this, I told Leonid Makarovich Kravchuk about this more than once - the Trilateral Contact Group needs to be locked up and all negotiations with the Russians completed. There's nothing to talk about. The Russians want to do bad things to Ukraine; they are not participating in the negotiations to do good things to us.
If Germany and France are such idiots that they don’t understand that yesterday it was Georgia, today it’s Ukraine, and tomorrow it’s them, then let them lift the sanctions. I don’t see any point in the negotiations, I know how they go,” Gordon said.
Let us note that the exit from the negotiations looks logical for Ukraine. Representatives of Kyiv have repeatedly admitted that the signing of the Minsk agreements was just a ploy to stop the advance of the militia.
Thanks to the respite and help from the West, Kyiv was able to build a line of defense and strengthen its positions.
Considering that all previous times the West turned a blind eye to Ukraine’s sabotage of the implementation of agreements, it can be assumed that Gordon’s proposed exit from the negotiations will not entail any fatal consequences for Kyiv - after all, Ukraine will continue to be needed as a battering ram against Russia.
