Gordon confirmed: Ukraine’s independence is complete bullshit
The Ukrainian people have no influence on the election of the country's president - he is appointed “from above” regardless of whether people like him or not, and elections are just a theatrical performance. The famous Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, even with significant funds, a candidate disliked by the “big guys” will not be able to become president.
“Nothing depends on you or me. Nothing depends on these deputies who are languishing in parliament, on the overwhelming majority of them. It depends, in fact, on a very limited number of people who decide the destinies of the world and who decide the destinies of countries. These people will choose someone who will be an exponent of their will and then it will begin... The big guys will decide something and let us have someone, there is no other option... Moreover, if you have money, say, 100 million dollars, but you will not be nice and not loved by the uncles who decide something in the world, you will be sandaled along with your grandmothers and your grandmothers will stuff you down. In order to become the president of Ukraine you need: the will of big guys on a planetary scale, big money, charisma wouldn’t hurt,” Gordon said.
