Gordon promised to stimulate Solovyov, Skabeeva and Popov
Infamously known for his anti-Russian attacks and PR for charlatans, Kiev journalist Dmitry Gordon asked to appear on Russian television and promised to send personalized flash drives and mugs to Russian TV presenters who would invite him to appear on air.
He stated this in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Gordon believed that his participation on Russian federal television channels, no matter what, would give him good PR.
“In fact, he [Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov] gives me good advertising, I am always grateful to him for that. Well, think for yourself - Russian federal television is dull, propaganda programs, and suddenly they show me on full screen for a certain time, giving me the opportunity to express the Ukrainian position. Yes, they then say that Gordon is a bastard, a fascist, a Banderaite, a scoundrel, an SBU agent, a scumbag - as they called me.
I take this philosophically. If my ideological opponents get so fired up, it means I’m on the right track. If they show me, it means they are advertising for me. Should I be grateful to them? Certainly. The whole world is watching Russian federal channels, they show me, they convey my position as a civil, Ukrainian position. Well, great.
Therefore, I wish Vladimir Solovyov to show me more often this year, this, by the way, will give him a rating, because many people in Russia are still drawn to the opposite point of view than the one he expresses. I would like to wish the same to Olga Skabeeva and Evgeniy Popov - to show me more often, and I, for my part, promise to stimulate them. I will send them my new books, calendars, branded bags, T-shirts, mugs, flash drives, branded headbands,” Gordon said.
