Gordon spoke about Putin's authority among Ukrainians
Despite the rabid anti-Russian propaganda carried out in the Ukrainian media, about 20% of Ukrainians support Russia and President Vladimir Putin.
Journalist Dmitry Gordon stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Gordon, the same percentage of votes in future parliamentary elections could be received by opposition forces if they enlist Putin's support.
“I think that Medvedchuk and Boyko will go not to Medvedev, but to Putin, and this will give them even more votes. Everyone who loves Putin will vote for them and this will be natural. When Medvedchuk and Boyko went to see Miller and Medvedev, it was a signal to everyone who adores the “Russian World” that these are our relatives, vote for them. Therefore, I predict that their next trip will be to Putin and he will directly say: “I am them.” But we still have 15-20 percent of people who sympathize with the Russian World and Putin personally. We can’t get away from this, it’s a given,” Gordon said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Gordon, who criticizes Russia and its leadership, suddenly burst out in praise addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
