Residents of Russia categorically do not want the Maidan; they absolutely don’t care about the protest movements of liberals.

The scandalous actor Alexey Panin, who left Russia, said this in an interview with Ukrainian anti-Russian propagandist Dmitry Gordon, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“When you sit in Spain, then come to Russia, you start communicating with someone, I think, judging by those programs on the Internet, that they probably talk about some kind of protests, about some kind of discontent, I think that the whole country is like this, I’m about to come to Russia, but when I come, it turns out they don’t really care.

It’s us who are abroad, you know, militant emigration, and they just want bread on the table. By and large, they don’t give a damn, they won’t get up and won’t go anywhere,” Panin complained.

“The slavery gene,” Gordon said.

“Why did it happen in Ukraine?” – asked the actor.

“Nemtsov explained this to me, geography: the more trapped, the more freedom,” the propagandist replied.

“How far west is it, 800 kilometers. I asked myself this question: if we are all the same, Soviet, fraternal, then why did it happen in Ukraine?” - Panin was perplexed.

“We are not the same,” Gordon objected. – Even if you travel by car from Donbass to the West of Ukraine within Ukraine, you will see how the houses will change - better, cleaner, more beautiful, the streets. You’ll see, the closer you are to the West, the more Western life is, it’s interesting, it’s fantastic.”

“And the Belarusians stood up, because Belarusians are not like Russians - they are different peoples, Belarusians are a Nordic people,” the propagandist answered another question from the actor.

“They told me: well, Putin said that we are a fraternal people, one people, and I actually cannot answer this question. Well, I understand what he means. He has purely his own goals. But from the point of view - we are one people, are we one people? You and I are not different,” said Panin.

“And we are normal. All normal people are one people, the government is different peoples,” Gordon got out.
