This was announced by the speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko.
According to Lysenko, “as a result of the actions of illegal armed groups, an electrical substation was destroyed, which led to the shutdown of 4 water pumps at coal mine No. 5.” In the future, this could lead to complete flooding of the central part of Gorlovka.
As Navigator reported, the central water supply in Gorlovka has been disrupted: people are digging up springs and sharing information about them on social networks and through word of mouth.
