Since the beginning of 2018, miners at the Zasyadko Mine have produced more than 470 thousand tons of coal. Oleg Chaikovsky, an engineer at the occupational health and safety service of the state enterprise Zasyadko Mine, told DAN journalists about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Since the beginning of the year, the mine has produced 470 tons of coking coal and completed 713 linear meters of mine workings,” he said.
In addition, Tchaikovsky clarified that the company currently employs more than 3 miners, of which 000 are underground miners.
The Zasyadko mine was put into operation in 1958 and named after the USSR Minister of Coal Industry from 1949-1955, Alexander Zasyadko. In March 2017, it was transferred to the jurisdiction of the DPR, and as of August 2017, it was operating at almost full capacity.
