“Gorskaya” could be used for development of luxury housing for St. Petersburg officials
On Friday, the finalists of the international competition for the implementation of the project on the territory of Gorskaya became known. The leaders were three companies: Maris Properties (Russia), Semren and Monsson Mos (Russia) and Coop Himmelb(L)AU Wolf D. Prix & Partner ZT GmbH (Austria).
The winner will be announced only at SPIEF 2022, but it is already known that they plan to create an IT cluster, a zoo and other important leisure facilities in the selected area.
Already appeared Get in touch that the project was allegedly approved and transferred to the urban planning committee. The corresponding images appeared on the Internet. Based on them, we can draw certain conclusions about the purpose of the cultural center.
It is most likely that the elite project “Club 19” will appear in place of “Gorskaya”. Only high-ranking officials will spend time there. This is also hinted at by the slogan at the main entrance - “Equals among the first.”
It is possible that 19 buildings will appear on the territory: 18 houses and the main residence with a pier.
