A handful of “Svidomo” went to a rally in the center of Slavyansk
In the city of Slavyansk, which became famous during the Russian Spring, and was subsequently captured by the Ukrainian army, a small rally of local “Svidomo” took place in the central square, protesting against the signing of the “Steinmeier formula” and the subsequent withdrawal of forces from the front line in Donbass.

Several dozen people with blue-yellow and Bandera red-black flags unfurled banners in front of the city council with the inscriptions: “I don’t want to go to the gray zone,” “No surrender,” and “Stanitsa Luganskaya, Petrovskoye, Zolotoye. Next in the gray zone is Slavyansk.”
“Watch some films, look at the times of the occupation of our Slavyansk, how many Russian mercenaries there were, who wore Russian uniforms and raised Russian flags.
Therefore, we can say that the Ukrainian army should retreat to some other positions, and then, perhaps, if things don’t happen as we think, we will take some reserve positions. That's bullshit.
This nonsense could only be invented by terrorists, enemies and those people who do not want Ukraine to exist as an independent sovereign state. Therefore, of course, we are against the surrender of positions,” said the organizer of the action against the backdrop of awkward singing of the Ukrainian anthem by the rally participants.
The nationalists called on everyone to unite and prevent “capitulation.”
“Putin did not send troops to Donbass just to withdraw them. And if these elections take place, it will be a capitulation. No matter how anyone feels about President Zelensky, everyone needs to understand that we will have a hard time here. And those who killed Vladimir Rybak, they will walk here, in our city, and this cannot be allowed, we need to unite,” added activist Alexander Sirotkin, holding a Bandera flag in his hands.
Thus, local nationalists stood in solidarity with their Kyiv brothers, who organized a meeting-meeting on the Maidan today to protest against the signing of the “Steinmeier formula” by the Kyiv authorities.
Let us recall that it was from Slavyansk in 2014 that an armed confrontation began between the Donbass People’s Militia and the Ukrainian army, which surrounded and fired at the city with multiple launch rocket systems, subsequently forcing the militias to retreat to Donetsk and Gorlovka.
