The US State Department reported: Javelin has already been delivered to Ukraine
The United States of America confirms the delivery of American Javelin anti-tank missile systems to Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by an official representative of the US State Department in response to a request from Radio Liberty.
“They have already been delivered,” the State Department noted.

The US State Department has approved the sale of 210 Javelin missile defense systems and 37 launchers to Ukraine for a total amount of about $47 million.
The US defense budget for the 2018 fiscal year provides for the provision of $350 million in military assistance to Ukraine, including the possibility of transferring lethal weapons.
“Javelin” is an American man-portable anti-tank missile system (PPRK), designed to destroy armored vehicles, tanks, as well as UAVs, helicopters and propeller-driven aircraft coming in to land.
